The AS9100C Handbook, 2nd Edition
The second edition has been completely revised to reflect the changes in AS9100C, the standard’s risk management requirements, and common issues organizations face in their compliance and registration efforts.
Thousands of aerospace manufacturers and engineers around the world use AS9100 as both a guide to making quality parts and a way to comply with governmental regulations, but the newest revision to the standard—revision C—is still somewhat of a mystery. In this helpful, engaging book, author James Culliton explains AS9100’s requirements and how some of those requirements have changed with revision C.
The book has sections on each of AS9100’s clauses. These include a discussion of the clause, suggested best practices in complying with it, and typical audit findings related to it. The book also includes a description of the changes in revision C as well as a sample risk management plan, sample inspection procedure, sample nondestructive testing procedure, and sample turtle diagram.
