MULTIPLE SHIPPING OPTIONS:
During the checkout process, you will be given various options for shipping your purchase via UPS or USPS. Select the option with the price and delivery time that meets your need. If you need a manner of shipment not listed, please call us (919-479-6939) or e-mail (admin@INFORMintl.com) our offices and let us know how we can help you. We will normally be able to ship on the same day as order is received (if it arrives prior to noon Eastern Time).
Should you wish to use your UPS or FedEx account, we will not add any shipping or handling charges. To make those arrangements, or any other special means for shipping your order, call us (919-479-6939) or e-mail (admin@INFORMintl.com) your special shipping requirements and we will provide details on meeting your needs.
SHIPMENTS GOING OUTSIDE THE USA AND CANADA:
Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may accrue in customs. Payment must be received prior to shipment of international orders and payment must be in US dollars.
DROP SHIPMENTS:
Please note that some of the items sold by INFORM are products of other companies and may be shipped directly to you from them. Therefore, you may receive more than one shipment if your order contains multiple products. We will not charge you additional shipping fees because of this.
